I was having accute lower back and glutes pain and it had already been two months and I have already visited a few physios but to no avail. There was no improvement not even 5% I would say. I am a professional cricketer and I could not wait to get back to the field and start with my routine again. Then, I visited Himanshu Sir’s clinic and within a month I was able to not only continue but be better at all the exercises and range of motions.
