I started this weight loss journey with the GoDiet team on 11th of July, 2021 n I was weighing 75 kgs. that time. Soon, I started the diet plan with this amazing team, I started feeling so light n active within a week n within just 2 months of time span, my weight dropped from 75 kgs. To 65 kgs. Such a huge weight loss was not possible without their daily diet plan n daily monitoring of my weight and my diet intake. Unlike other diets, the diet plans provided by GoDiet are so easy to follow and exactly feels like the regular food which we consume in general. U will be dieting but u won't feel like u r on any kind of diet. Whenever I wanted to change any meal or wanted to have any kind of assistance with my meal plan or any other diet related issue, I always got my reply faster on time and they are so humble that u can ask your query anytime without any hassle. Also, each n every client is assigned by a single dietician who will monitor the clients daily progress including their daily diet diaries and weight, followed by weekly body measurements. I'm so thankful to Dt. Ekta Jain and Special Thanks to Dt. Sonal Thakral with the efforts of whom today I'm 10 kgs. Lower than from where I started this weight loss journey.... I belive it was not weightloss journey rather a complete transformation of body which includes everything !

Before joining godiet, I used to think that dietitian charge so high only to tell what to eat 😝 but honestly I was so wrong....you charge to tell what is good for us to eat based on various factors and decide the best for body !

Godiet team is amazingly high in patience and to keep clients motivated ! There were time when I decided to take a pause but Akshita never let me down and kept doing all the trials and suggested to keep me motivated and to achieve the desired results ! I was scared but I knew I have go diets with me as you people helped me in losing weight before this also... But this time I was hit worried.. People around me gave me tonnes of advices

Ritu is one the best dietician and my diet plan is so easy and it takes on time to make , no extra grocery shopping just the same as usual what we make at home . I started on June 11 and lost almost 3 kgs and and good inch loss , I had this bloating and gastric issues which was not going no matter what, but I feel so light and no gas and no bloating and my cravings have been also reduced otherwise I used to crave junk everyday. I have clearly started seeing the results. I hope so in coming months I will loose more and complete my target.

The best part is how she incorporated the diet in my busy lifestyle as in Canada we don’t have help and have to do everything by ourself so less cooking and healthy eating .

Well to start with For last few years I have followed a lot of diet plans and methodologies. Different people, different opinions but as a matter of fact my weight remained same. It went down and then again shot up with double speed. My sister suggested me to consult Dr. Ekta as I saw some tremendous changes in her. Took one last chance and gave it a shot. I have been following her plan for last 4 months now and i have seems some superb changes in my body overall and not just the weight part. Friendly nature and strict discipline are her key aspects. If you are to follow her, just give her your 100% commitment and time. Rest results will speak after a period of time.

I joined the plan in November 2022 I was 100kg and in a span of 6 months today my weight is 90.8 I lost 10kgs.

I would like to thank Dr. Ekta under whose supervision this journey became successful. My dietician Gunjan who has motivated me and been so patient with me during my plan. My diet plan was created and modified as per my schedule and was made really interesting so that one does not feel burdend or disheartend of following a routine.

A big thanks to the Go diet team for making this happen I had never image to loose 10 kgs with a history of thyroid and PCOD and where my weight was stubborn that it never moved an inch despite of all my efforts. Hi, I had rejoined GoDiets in January 2021. My journey with GoDiets has been excellent once again. All the dietitian who have been with me were very supportive and prompt to my queries. I have been operated for gall bladder last year and after that my journey became a little bit difficult but still they helped me very well. The diet provided by Ekktta Mam has not only helped me in reducing weight but has also inspired me to get into a healthier lifestyle. My last dietitian is Ritu Arora who has been with me for a very short time but she has literally given me some very good advice and inspired me to lose more weight. I hope I will be able to maintain it further but if I need further guidance I know I can come back.

I have been associated with go diet since April 2022. I saw you guys on insta and wanted to reduce weight and had tried intermittent fasting and 6 mile walking with no required results.

I have lost 7 kgs and a couple of inches since April. The best part being with Go Diet is thatI have never felt that I am starving to loose weight.
