I went to him thinking I had pulled a muscle while exercising in my right arm. But the problem lay in my neck and posture ! I have been advised exercises to help heal and strengthen the problem area and then go back for a review. Highly recommend ! more..

He has a way of explaining complicated things in a way that makes sense to a lay-person, and his use of electronics to further illustrate and explain the inner workings of the muscles really helped me to visualize what is happening inside. Now, when I do my prescribed exercises, I will know exactly which muscles should be engaged, and why. I highly recommend him as a knee specialist. more..

Visited For Kneecap Pain
For the first time a Dr has treated to the cause of the pain instead of the usual symptom management and unnecessary medications; this I say after treatment not only in India but also in Germany.

Over this time my experiences have been entirely positive. Appointments start on time and the clinic is well run and efficient. All the staff are very friendly and polite.
The first consultation was extremely thorough with Dr Das spending much time assessing the problem and also explaining very clearly what was causing it and what needed to be done in terms of improving it. He then started a treatment programme of daily exercises to do at home which focused on building up my weaker muscles. I had regular visits to the practice to check on progress every two to four weeks, during which he would make sure that my technique was correct and adapt the exercise programme as I progresses. The results that he has achieved in a relatively short space of time (6 months) are excellent, and I can really see both a difference in the strength of my leg muscles and a big improvement in the joint pain. I am now building up my running times with no discomfort or pain. I can thoroughly recommend him based on my experience.
