Ms. Damini Grover

I still remember the state I visited her was very miserable one. Totally frustrated, sad, upset,my anger was at it's peak, completely depressed, full of negativity and suicidal thoughts. I didn't knew anything, neither I had any clue why was it happening all that I knew was that, it wasn't me and things were not right within my inner self. And today, I am fine won't say 100 % but yes 85 % as my therapy is still under process but yes now i am in much positive, happier, peaceful and in healthier state. In some areas, she even treated me like a child supported me, holded my hands even during the sessions. I shed all my pain in tears and she felt every beat of it.

Dr. Damini has helped me heal in such a way that i'll always remember her throughout my entire life. She has not only changed my life but also my attitude and my thoughts towards living a life. I know the kind of suffering I was in, I wouldn't have survived and would have killed myself. But, I was fortunate I found her on time and immediately started my therapeutic sessions before it was too late. She has saved me, my life and helped me recover from all those emotional baggages. Indeed, she's a blessing for me and life. I am and will always be thankful to her. God bless you Dr. Damini.

I started my therapy with Ms. Damini in November and with just a few sessions, I can see a world of a difference in my overall behaviour and how I approach things in life. Therapy is not a one size fits all solution and no one knows that better than her. She is very friendly and patient and makes therapy seem less intimidating. She was able to explain concepts of psychology to my mother as well, putting her at ease. Meditation has never come easy to me, but under Ms. Damini's guidance I was able to slowly start getting my thoughts in order. My hypnotherapy sessions were especially groundbreaking for me, giving me insights into myself that I would never have been able to gain on my own. Before my sessions, the prospect of facing a 2-3 month lockdown with little to no work would have rendered me an anxious mess; but I have surprised both myself and my mother by how well I am coping with it, keeping Ms, Damini's notes in mind. Also, her office is very cheery and cozy and makes you feel like you're in a warm and protective environment!! Would 100% recommend

I had gone to Ms Damini due to the anxiety and stress I was feeling. The same was also hampering my studies and concentration, making me worry even more. A few sessions with her, and I was back to my normal self, or even more. The amount of interest and involvement she puts in for a patient is unbelievable, and it is amazing how her counselling and hypnotherapy brings about such a change. I will be forever indebted to her, for without her help, I would never have given my entrance in the satisfactory way I did, or had started off my career in the right direction. She is an amazing person.She was patient enough to listen to all my problems and then she explained me the situation very cleary. she boosted up my confidence with her positive attitude. She has been extremely helpful during the session . She has a great energy level Who always tried to support me... I felt different after her sessions. she has a great ability to deal with the multiple issues what I was facing. She helped me to overcome my stress, fear and also made me understand how to manage my stress in daily life, on my own. She is extremely professional, intelligent and cautious when she works with you.

I believe in God and can say it with conviction that he does give that ray of light just when you are about to give up. Damini ma'am was like that anchor sent by God, who held me just at the right time and in a perfect way. I shall forever be thankful to her for the way she has helped me to rethink about my life, my identity, my dreams and my goals. She reassured me at every little step and thus spending 1.5 hours just to meet her wasn't a pain at all. My experience with Dr. Damini Grover was absolutely amazing! I was seeking psychological counseling for certain issues that seemed to pull me down, and I have to admit, Dr. Damini played a significant role in helping me come out of it. She was extremely patient while hearing me out, and gave me workable, logical scenarios to see a clearer picture. There is something about her that instilled certain positivity in me. Also, she is thoroughly professional in her conduct, with just the right amount of personal touch. I highly recommend her :)

I visited the doctor for my anxiety ,fear, and random thoughts, it s been a few sessions and I can say for sure that she s very dedicated towards her patients.. U can count on her anytime of the day.. I am yet to undergo hypnotherapy based counseling but I believe that my problem will be rooted out as I have her support.. she has a whole plan devised fr your treating the problem and not a talk therapy which generally many counsellors practice.. Not that therr is anything wrong in that, but having an action plan and execution i feel is the best strategy into treating these issues..Thanks a lot doctor Damini.. I have been associated with Dr. Damini for the past 1 year and I am happy to say that I am healed and I am powered ;). I was vary of getting therapy due to underwhelming prior experience but everything changed starting from the first session. I am glad I found her at the right time in my life and I am certain my life changed for the better. I travelled almost 2 hours one side to attend sessions and it was worth it. She gives 100% attention to you and your issues and makes you comfortable in every way possible. I highly recommend her.

I revisited Dr. Damini after 5 years and she was well equipped to handle the situation at hand. She is always considerate of me, asks constructive questions that also make you stop and think about what you want, about your actions, she does not judge and gives you the space to say exactly what you have on your mind. I have been in therapy for almost 6 months now and I can positively say that I am feeling alot better than what I was feeling when I joined all these months ago.

I got to know Dr. Damini through a referral. I went to her during one of the most difficult times of my life. At first I was a bit unsure because my friends haven't had great experiences with therapy in general in India. But in the first meeting itself all my concerns were put to rest. Dr Damini is very easy to relate to, like a friend so it's very easy to open up to her. She is insightful, professional and helped me forge my own path to happiness. And I have to admit. Going to her for help was probably the best decision I've made for myself in the last few years. I really recommend her.
