I have had bad back and neck pain for over a year,

Thankfully my cousin recommended ample physiotherapy (Dr Ashish and Dr Rahul ). The two of them have worked together to get to the cause of the problem and i have never felt better. Still work in progress but big improvements every week.

If you have any joint or muscle pain do yourself a favour and give the clinic a call. You wont regret it. Totally relaxed atmosphere and professional service. i cant praise them enough.

Amazing result in just 5 visits.!! I had a IIIrd grade ligament tear on my left ankle and all the doctors I visited said it will take minimum 4-5 months to heal. On the contrary, Dr Rohan and Dr Rohit at Ample Physical Therapy made all the swelling and pain go away in just 5 sittings. And I have also been told that I ll be able to move freely again without any pain in less than a month..
