When I was suffering from my OCD,that time my anxiety was on peak,my all the hopes was ended I was lost my all hopes.Then apurva ma'am seems to me likes optimistic Light.After some sessions in my health a good approval I observed.The works I used to thought that was too difficult and we can also says the activities I thought that was seems too difficult to me, I managed them all after session.
