I was very skeptical and apprehensive about getting therapy. I found myself extremely nervous before the session but Dr. Anubha Dubey handled my anxiousness very well. She made sure I was comfortable and was very understanding and helpful. I received a lot of positive insights about myself and she helped me carve out a path to recovery from my recent trauma. I cannot stress enough how important and helpful she has been to me during a particularly difficult time in my life and I would definitely recommend her.

Heyy…so, i was really nervous when I first started therapy… but as sessions passed by and i started working on myself as Dr.Anubha told me to i felt a difference …she is very supportive and helps one to understand the health issue they are facing and how that can be treated with time….. I still have anxiety and mild depression but at first it was ruling over me… and at the moment everything is under my control…. And i think this is the right way to go further…. ✨🦋

Well I got to meet her is a casual way, but the aura and level of understanding she is brings to the conversation is like talking to the best friend you always dreamt of.

In no time, I could realize problems I had been carrying for so long. Which shows our unawareness towards mental well-being and victimhood of crony-capitalism who do medicine abuse in the name of treatment.
