I joined her program for a month and was able to reduce 5.5 KG and reverse some ailments as well. Due to strict meals I couldn’t follow this program for over a month and had to quit due to my own personal nature. I had a weight of 94kgs when I started the treatment for weightloss,with the help of proper guidance from dr Anju I have been able to reduce 12kgs in last 7 weeks,she advised me with filling and balanced diet and together with walk of about 6,8kms a day I could achieve these results,she responded to queries promptly and also gave me options when I was traveling or out for dinner.her diet is very good and you can quickly achieve results if you follow it properly.
