Don't know from where to start... I am 5'6" and my weight was 84kgs. Last year during the lockdown I was working from home and decided to utilise my time for my wellness regarding weight loss. I started the weight loss journey from September onward. I was giving my 100% in workout (was cycling for 20kms in the morning and walking for 7kms in the evening). Following the above mentioned regime for 4 months continuously without any fail, I lost only 2 kgs in 4 months. I was 82kgs in the month of December. It was every heartbreaking and I decided to leave the workout. Later on my husband suggested me to follow some diet plan as well with the workout that I am doing. So, I googled and found Dr. Anjana Kalia. Like other people as well I went through the reviews on Practo, Google etc and decided to go for it.
I must say that was the best thing that I did. She is very polite, patient and makes you very comfortable. She asked me the history, my allergies and suggested a diet plan accordingly. In the first week itself i lost 2kgs :) and in the first month i lost 6kgs. I never expected this because of my efforts in the last 4 months (i lost only 2kgs in 4 months).
Speaking about Dr. Kalia - She is very flexible. She never gets irritated and listens so patiently. The best thing i found about her diet plan, she never never suggested any supplement or medicines to loose the weight. She suggested the food which is available in every kitchen.
I am very thankful to her. Because of her only I was able to loose 14kgs (i.e. from 82 to 68 kgs in 3.5 months.)

My wife was diagnosed with pcod issues, high blood pressure, obesity leading to irregular periods and other consequences followed and our gynaecologist refferred to her. Dr. Anjana has been such a wonderful doctor who has guided us through thick and thin fr the past 8months. She used to make diet charts according to your lifestyle and food habits and the food she used to include in the diet were always convenient to make at regular households thats where she stamds out from others. She used to keep a close check evry weekend with the bp and weight so tht both goes hand in hand.She was not only recommending diets but on the other hand she used to chat a lot in tht brief meeting trying to understand the patients mood, lifestyle, mental health and recommend diet accordingly on a rotational basis. She always used to welcome us with a smile and was so friendly all the time we have been in touch with her that today when we think of this journey with her from the darkness of irregular periods, pcod issues and unable to concieve ovr time really makes us greatful to her for she has really pulled up well striking the perfect balance and we are so happy and would recommend her to all such couples and induviduals to consult her atleast once to experience the magic she has a got..
