During my training, I worked with individuals dealing withissues like depression, anxiety, complex trauma, body image concerns,personality difficulties, OCD, eating disorders, relationship problems,grief, and attachment issues.
Unlike other therapists, Ms. Akshita listened to everything that I had to say. She was very patient in understanding my issues and then enabled me to deal with them on my own. I keep 1 session with her now per month for maintenance. Thanks Akshita for helping me understand my life better.

Having tried many therapists a few years back I was a little apprehensive of doing therapy again. The last time I did therapy I felt it was more like a task and I was unable to open up properly however Akshita's approach perfectly fits my needs combining empathy with effective techniques
