I had a very positive experience throughout my sessions. I always felt listened to with patience and empathy, and it was reassuring to have a space where I could speak openly without feeling judged. The sessions often left me feeling lighter and more at ease, and the homework and reflection exercises were helpful in carrying the work forward between sessions. I’m grateful for the support, understanding, and guidance I received, and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for thoughtful and compassionate psychological support.
