I took up the three-months weight loss programme and have gotten really good results. The diet provided by the doctor included diverse and delicious meals. She debunked the myth of dieting for me. I used to think it would require me to eat less, however, I have eaten throughout the day and consumed so many nutrients.

I consulted Dr Aanchal for weight loss. I was at 66.5kg with height of 5.2 feet. She suggested the diet chart based on my target weight expectations and in what time frame I want to achieve that. I received weekly diet charts based on my progress and likes/dislikes for the food. The diet options suggested by Aanchal were easy to follow and she was very responsive to my queires. I am very happy to say that I now weigh 61.1kg in about less than 2 months of following her diet plan. The plan has also made me feel light and takes care of my nutrition.
