Ms. Shrishti Dhupar

I am Shrishti Dhupar, a Counselling Psychologist based in New Delhi with over 3 years of experience in my practice. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Human Development and a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I am a Certified EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. I truly believe therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. I am a true advocate of providing a safe and accepting environment that allows for uninhibited expression. In my sessions, I encourage behavioral transformation by encouraging self and emotional awareness. I follow an eclectic approach in my practice but my home ground is the Emotional Freedom Technique, Acceptance and Commitment, and Client Centered Work in my session.
