I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Human Development and a Masters in Clinical Psychology. In January 2023, I founded - Samsthiti: Embracing Challenges, Empowering Minds my private practice to raise awareness about mental health and offer counseling services. I truly believe that therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In my sessions, I encourage behavioral transformation by encouraging self and emotional awareness.
