Dr. Vishal Grover

Sorry about the long feedback, but honestly I can't put my appreciation of Dr. Vishal Grover in 1 or 2 lines.

I have not even used this doctor for surgery yet, but I plan to, because in Delhi when it comes to business there have been very few people that have been honest with me. Dr. Vishal is one of the few honest doctors I have had any experience with. Most doctors lie in order to get someone to do the surgery. Seriously, every one in Delhi seems to use deception as part of the normal business practice. I called Dr. Alkesh Chaudary's office, he is the guy that shows up directly after Dr. Grover when you set the specifications as locality as GK2 and eye surgeon. And the lady who answered the phone made me so angry, she literally doubled the price for the consultation, lied when I asked if it was a female doctor, just because I think she could sense I wanted a female doctor; she was just saying whatever I wanted to hear just to get me into the store. Then she wouldn't answer my questions at all, she would just repeat, come into the store, and we can help you. I am in a wheel chair, and can barely walk. Excruciating pain. I told her she needs to be more empathetic about my situation, and not just care about the money. I am getting sick of how people treat foreigners in this city. ugh seriously it is making me not like India. Dr. Vishal Grover was the only doctor I have encountered here in Delhi that is honest. He tried telling me that I didn't need to do the surgery yet. That he thinks my problem is not that bad, and that I could go a couple of years before I got it done. I was thinking "wow, omg what an amazing doctor I have found." I have not found any in Delhi this honest, and trust me its been a lot because I am doing a bunch of different surgeries here, and I get 2nd and 3rd opinions all the time. His staff are knowledgeable and he doesn't have just helpers in their. His staff is made up of successful and professional people. The funny thing is about me writing this review, is the doctor and I didn't even have the best rapport between us. Meaning we really didn't even like each other haha but I still had to let people know about his honesty and integrity because in my experience it has been so hard to find here in Delhi.

Dr. Vishal Grover truly embodies ethical medical practice. He combines strong competence with personalized care, making patients feel comfortable during eye investigations. Even other professionals highly recommend him, and the clinic environment is warm and welcoming.

Grateful to Dr Vishal Grover for the exceptional care and expertise during my recent cataract eye surgery. The entire process was very smooth and medication he prescribed was accurate. His follow up in ensuring his patients well being is evident in every step of his care.
