I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Vipul Kheda.He is a highly experienced orthopaedic specialist, and my family and I have been taking treatment at Kheda Hospital for the last 10–12 years.Last month, my child fell while playing and was unable to even place his foot on the ground. It happened on a Saturday around 10–10:30 PM. We were extremely worried and spent the entire night in great stress. Early the next morning, around 8:00 AM, we rushed from Jai Vihar to Kheda Hospital.When Dr. Kheda examined my son, he immediately advised an X-ray of the foot that he was unable to stand on. After checking the X-ray, he prescribed the necessary medicines. With his guidance and treatment, my son recovered completely within three weeks.My child’s name is Yash Negi, and today he is back to running and playing just like before. We were all very scared because a small child cannot express his pain properly—he is just 2.5 years old.That’s why I want to sincerely thank Dr. Vipul Kheda from the bottom of my heart for his timely and expert care.

Dr. Vipul Khera was very attentive and made good observations during the consultation. I felt well cared for throughout the visit.

Around 5:45pm I called the doctor to see him. He said I'll leave by 6, then I asked if he could wait for like 15-20 minutes? He said alright come ASAP. I entered the clinic, he was getting late for some other place. He listened to me hurriedly, didn't give satisfying answers. Eg. I asked him why my knees click regularly. He replied: aisa hota hai koi problem nahi hai. I said its a serious issue, sometimes it pains a lot. He replied: try consciously not to click your knees. **** ********* *

Then he didn't give me any satisfying answer. He just noted my details and gave me a receipt kind of paper in which medicines were recommended. And he started to prescribe doses while pointing on the paper. AND GUESS WHAT? That receipt was not mine . ** **** ** * ******* **** ******** ** ******* ***** * ******** *** said jaldi se 500rs do mujhe nikalna hai. I gave him and he left. When I called him about the receipt issues he said wait for 5 minutes I am sending the right one. Its been 2 hours and I am still waiting for the receipt.

My only complaint is that when you know you are getting late why did you ask me to come. **** **** **** *** *** ***** ** **** **** **********Such Unprofessional behavior should be condemned. * ***** **** *** *** ***** ****** ****** *** ** *****

My visit with Dr. Vipul Khera was very pleasant. He was friendly, patient, and listened carefully to all my concerns. He explained the treatment and guidance clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received.

Dr. Vipul Khera is excellent. * ******** *** **** ********** *** the staff was very good and cooperative. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and both patients and attendants were comfortable with the facilities, including the simple and hygienic food. I felt very happy and satisfied, and I pray that the hospital continues to grow. There was no issue with scheduling or wait time; I got treatment immediately.
