I appreciated Dr. Vipin Agarwal thorough explanation of my mother's condition. However, I noticed a lack of assistance during the process of X-ray, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps ensuring there's adequate support for patients during such procedures could improve the overall experience.
