My wife and I got married 15 years ago, and before coming to Dr. Usha, we lost our babies 3 times. The first time, when my wife was 21, she conceived but we lost the baby during the 6th month of pregnancy. After that, we faced another loss in the 3rd month when the heartbeat stopped. Later, we were blessed with twin daughters who were born in the 7th month, but sadly they survived only 3 days in the NICU.

After all this, we were mentally shattered and had almost decided never to plan for a pregnancy again.

But then, the turning point of our life came when we met Dr. Usha. What an amazing human being she is. After listening to our entire history, the very first thing she told us was:

“This time, there is not going to be any problem. Your baby will be delivered safely.”

The kindness, confidence, and positivity in her words gave us strength and hope again. Throughout the entire 9 months, we followed every single instruction she gave us, and today, by the grace of God and her care, we are holding our beautiful 12-day-old daughter in our hands.

Her entire staff is extremely helpful, especially Dr. Shraddha, who was always connected with us and just a phone call away whenever we needed support.

I consulted Dr. Usha for prolonged abnormal uterine bleeding after my ultrasound showed an endometrial polyp and a small fibroid. Surgery was recommended during my consultation. As I currently have no family support in Delhi until Dec 2026, I requested a temporary medical management plan instead.

Unfortunately, after explaining this, I felt the consultation became very brief. My reports were largely reviewed by the assistant while I felt my concerns and treatment response were not discussed in detail with me. My initial appointment was also conducted by another doctor because Dr. Usha was in the OT.

Despite multiple follow-ups, medication changes and continued bleeding, I did not feel that my case received the level of consultant involvement and continuity of care I was expecting. I eventually decided to seek treatment with another gynecologist.

They say Doctors are gifts from God, they treat, and through God’s hand, many are healed.

When I came to visit you first I was very scared since I knew the complications that can arise during my fibroids removal process. You are the kindest and one of the experienced skills Dr I've ever met. Your words consoled me when u said , "I'll treat u like my daughter".

And I remember before going to the procedure I was crying holding your hands coz I knew only u could save me or my future. Before you i consulted few Dr and they mentioned I'll have to go through open surgery for my fibroids removal but the way you showed confidence in me and performed the surgery of multiple big fibroids, it's unbelievable.

Dr. Usha is a fantastic doctor and also an outstanding surgeon. Just got my laparoscopic surgery done from her in Max Delhi and was on my foot the very next day! I was diagnosed with an extremely large fibroid in my uterus and when all the gynaecologists around me were not sure if it could be removed without an invasive surgery, she was the only one who told me otherwise. She is super confident and smart; talking to her immediately put me at ease from the very first time I interacted with her. This level of confidence does not come without experience and skill. Very personal professional and pragmatic at the same time, she remembered all my medical history in every consultation, replied promptly to all my concerns online and offline, and even paid me personal visits multiple times in my hospital room. Her entire team was actively looking after me day in and day out.

I absolutely loved having her as my doctor and surgeon. Having never gone through any surgery before, this was quite scary for me and if not for her I wouldn’t have been so at ease myself. Did not have any complications post surgery, the post op care was excellent at Max Saket and I am already recovering at the 3rd day.

Fantastic Doctor in one word. We went to her after a recommendation for a Total Laparoscopic Hysterotomy of my Mom. They say that half of the doctor's treatment is via her words and that's true here as well.

My mom was very nervous for the operation but she calmed her down in a very friendly ways and made her feel at ease throughout. The whole thing was done swiftly without any issues as it has been more than 3 months since the surgery and everything is normal. She was also available on call for any issues and even called back when she couldn't pick up.

The only little issue we had was the administration and management, the discharge summary mentioned to come after 7 days for stich removal which we did(through 2.5hrs of Delhi's traffic jam) and were sent back telling that's its actually 10 days and it's fault of nurses for giving wrong info on Discharge Summary. But, shouldn't the primary/treating doctor read and verify the discharge summary before handing it out since its a very important document.

Really satisfied overall and would recommend to anyone without second thoughts. Thank you doc!

Very negative experience that I have ever had with any doctor.......my wife was taking her consultation from last 6 six months ....the doctor was not able to remember her own given last treatment even after seeing her prescriptions. We ******* **** *** *********** ** *** ********* *** keep going to her because we knew this can take time....last time when we visited she asked for some tests ( which she asked every time we visited her) and told us to send reports on her cell on WhatsApp as she will be out of station for few days....my wife send her reports tried to contact her more than 20 times since then she even not bothered to message us back ..it's been more than 10 days now.....if someone in future come to take my suggestion about her I will definitely say a big No. We were paying the huge amount of fees and tests of Max hospital but never thought of such kind of response.....she kept repeating same treatment and test every month for more than six months ....that is one side she was not able to recall her own given prescriptions....and now this behavior.... she doesn't care about her patients at all

Hi, I wanted to share my experience with you all. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis (level 4), and after consulting with 2 gynecologists, my father found Dr. Usha Maurya. I was really scared because I knew that surgery was the only option left for me. Even on the day of the surgery, I felt nervous, but Dr. Usha and her team kept reassuring me to stay calm and that everything would be okay.

The surgery lasted about 3 hours, and afterward, Dr. Usha came to tell my family that everything went well and that I was doing fine. It's been 15 days now, and I haven't had any issues during or after the surgery. My father has become Dr. Usha's biggest fan because of the confidence and positive energy she brought to our first meeting. I am truly grateful to Dr. Usha and her entire team; they were incredibly supportive during my hospital stay and even helped with the TPA formalities.
