Dr. Nitiraj Oberoi

An excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. As soon as you step into his chamber you are looking at his welcome and comforting smile that sets you at ease. We have been seeing him on various ortho related issues for more than 15 years now and are completely satisfied with his diagnosis and treatment.

Recently he did my complete hip replacement surgery and today after 1.5 months the pain, the limp and the discomfort totally gone. Thanks to him, I’m a new man today. God bless him.

First time I went to max to see him where he suggested I should get physiotherapy at his clinic ** **** ***** which I did. Went again to see him after a couple of months as my pain was worse. As soon as we entered and was about to sit down my mom just said "it's been soo long she's in pain doctor, pls do something". We went to the doctor (at fortis Vasant Kunj)with huge expectations as he came highly recommended. The acerbic behaviour was just the beginning of a long ordeal. * ****** ************** ******* *** ******* ** ** **** ******* ******* When I went back after 3weeks for getting the stitches removed, it had been badly infected. Oberoi simply told my dad that admit him again else the leg may be amputated. We rushed to the hospital again. He opened the knee, did another surgery; kept me in hospital for 7 days; ran a bill of 3L and yet the puss never stopped flowing. My appointment was for 5 pm. Dr Nitiraj told me over the phone to come at 5.30-5.45 as he was going to be in a surgery. When I reached the clinic at 5.30 the receptionist told me to wait in a queue as there were 8 more patients ahead of me, so the wait time was at least 1 hour given the pace at which the patients were being called in. What was the point of taking an appointment then? Practo emailed and messaged me all day about this appointment, sent me reminders and I also spoke with the doctor. Yet at the clinic it was as good as just walking in. I left the clinic without seeing the doctor. Much ado about nothing.

He created panic by telling me that I probably have a tendon issue since birth and I would need surgery in most probability. Dr. Oberoi is the most competent Orthopedic doctor I have come across. My heel and wrist pain was excruciating and no other doctor could help me with that. Under Dr. Oberoi's treatment, I became absolutely fine within 15 days. Best thing about him is that he spends time in listening to the patient and does not suggest unnecessary diagnostic tests which most doctors do! I'd highly recommend him for any orthopedic problem.

Dr nitiraj is an execellent docotr and more so a womderful and really peasing human being. I hv been visiting him for many years and now consult him not only on his specialise field but on all medical matters. And have found his advise always of immense use because that comes not only from a good doctor but also from a excellent human being and a pure soul.

I and my family have been going to Dr. Oberoi for over a decade now. He is god. His diagnosis is 150% accurate. His treatment is permanent. I am blessed to have a doc like him in my life

The wait time was more than expected, especially since we had booked an appointment at 5:15. We only got to see the doctor at 5:40.
