We are incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Amit for my mother's Pancreatitis treatment. We consulted with him at Birla Hospital on April 7th, and we immediately recognized that he was a genuinely humble, down-to-earth individual – a true angel in our lives. Dr. Amit attentively listened to our concerns, thoroughly reviewed my mother's diagnostic reports, and swiftly identified the problem. He took the time to explain the issue, the surgical remedy, and the expected outcomes following the surgery. His guidance provided us with immense relief.

Without hesitation, we decided to proceed with the surgery, which Dr. Amit and his team efficiently scheduled for the following week. Throughout the process, we coordinated with Ms. Sarla and Ms. Priyanka, both of whom were incredibly friendly and supportive, never hesitating to respond or assist us whenever we reached out.

Our surgery experience was exceptional. Despite arriving an hour late at the hospital on April 11th due to heavy traffic, Ms. Priyanka ensured that our onboarding process was smooth and quick. The pre-surgery preparations began immediately, with the hospital staff offering their full support. The surgery itself lasted around 5-6 hours, during which a giant stone was removed from my mother's pancreas – a rare occurrence. Post-surgery, Dr. Amit, Dr. Narola, and Dr. Uma provided exceptional care and attention during my mother's 5-day hospital stay.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff, including security, administration, nursing, housekeeping, billing, and ICU teams, for their extraordinary care and kindness towards my mother. She was discharged on April 16th, and after a week of following a liquid diet, we consulted with Dr. Amit again. He kindly provided guidance on medications, dietary restrictions, and other essential dos and don'ts and scheduled a follow-up appointment for one month later.

As a family, we are immensely thankful to Dr. Amit, Dr. Narola, Dr. Uma, and the entire team for their expertise, care, and support. We are confident that my mother will recover quickly and return to her normal life in no time.

I had severe and persistent stomach ache as well as diarrhea for around 2 months. I visited various doctors for the same, but no one was able to help me. All doctors were just assuming the cause of pain and diarrhea was due to the post effect of laparoscopy surgery that I went through couple of months back and prescribed medicines accordingly. But there was no improvement in my health.

Then, One of my colleague advised me to visit Dr. Javed and I booked appointment through practo which got unfortunately cancelled as he had to go for an urgent surgery.

But he made sure to attend me over call,he listened to me patiently about my medical history, and then advised me to go for few tests first and also sent a prescription over whatsapp that included few tests, ct scan and temporary medications.

He diagnosed the exact root cause in one go and assured me that it is completely curable and there is nothing to worry about.

He has been very supportive since then, always available when I'm in need.

I am really thankful to Dr Amit Javed for the motivation he has given me to loose weight with the help of bariartic surgery. I have already lost 18kgs in 1.5 months and the process is still going. When I first visited him for consultation I went with a list of questions but there was no need to ask any questions as he explained all the process so clearly about pre and post surgery procedures. His behaviour post surgery is applaudable. ** ** *** ** ****** ******* * **** **** ***** Really thankful for all the support he has given.

Dr. Javed is a great doctor and a better person. During my treatment he supported in every way and explained everything in detail.

My case was critical and I was in a bad condition he diagnosed my problem which nobody else could and saved my life.

He not only supported me as a doctor but also as a good friend that helped me go through the whole process. It is not everyday you go through 2 surgeries. The whole process was really taxing both physically and mentally but Dr. Javed provided the moral support that helped me go through the surgeries and live a normal life now.

I'd always remember this as one of the w*rst experience I ever had. There was nothing good about the treatment except the fancy hospital building. First The doctor made me wait about an hour. Then they told me get registered, which was again a painstakingly slow process. Then somehow we got to see the doctor who said to get a ultrasound first and then come back. For which we had to again go to billing counter to pay for the test. This was probably the slowest counter you'll ever goto. A simple process of just paying for a test will take around min 30-40 mins.I don't know if they picked up the slowest pc and smallest staff on counter they could get to make it more painful experience. For a simple ultrasound test again it them took around 3-4 hours. I don't understand with so much staff hanging around and charging such high prices for services you're still so slow. By the time the test was done the doctor had already left the hospital. Had to show my report to some other doctor, no idea who he was. So I basically paid to get treated by some other doctor and not the poster guy I paid for. 😀 What a great day and best use of my time. I went at 10:30 and left at 4pm.👍 Just for to get a simple check up and a ultrasund. Wow. I could even understand a 1-2 hour delays but no it was in every step. **** *** ******* *** ********** ***** * **** *** *** ** ****** couldn't even get a follow-up to show my reports. And to top it all Practo didn't paid the assurance fees they claim u get when the appointment gets late.This showed me how small and insignificant, a patient's time and satisfaction means ** ***** *****

Dr.Amit is humble, superb Human being, Sober, approachable and a Great Social Worker.He is friendly and calms anxiety of the patient with his smiling face and soothing words as well as confidence.He will make an unforgettable impact with his selfless services. He is just the go to person.He is an extraordinary exceptionally intelligent Doctor with human values. Words are not enough to appreciate the talent he has as well as his generosity and kindness in today's Era. He goes beyond to help the patients.

Dr. Amit Javed is the third doctor in a row whom we have visited for a consistent problem. My father was suffering from constant stomach pain and uneasiness. No one was able to bring out the real reason behind that and just provided some random medicines. But Dr. Amit gave ample time in explaining the issue and mentioning that its nothing to worry about. His medicines started showing positive results within 1 week and my father's stomach pain is much much better now.
