Urvashi (she/her) is a counselling psychologist with two years of experience who holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). She provides individual therapy for adults (18 years and above) experiencing a range of concerns, including relationship difficulties, mood-related concerns, self-doubt, loss, life transitions, uncertainty, and body image issues. Her therapeutic approach is primarily relational and insight-oriented (psychodynamic), practiced with sensitivity to trauma and an awareness of intersectional factors such as caste, culture, gender, sexual orientation, and neurodivergence. Urvashi views therapy as a slow, intentional process focused on deep-seated growth.
