It was a great experience and yes psychotherapy really helps a lot especially when it is put forward in the correct manner, this was exactly what the doctor did, I could easily relate to the examples and models explained by him and I could easily put them to practice.

The place was itself very warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. I could relate to the doctor very well. He explained me things with a lot of patience which made the experience very fruitful. He helped me deal with anxiety and gave me tips. The whole concept of the place was great.

I am suffering from acute anxiety which has taken a toll on my physical health as well as relationships around me. I have completed 3 sessions with him and I am much better than before if not completely. He understands your problem in depth and his method is highly effective. He is a very patient and well behaved psychologist with whom you will not feel hesitant on the first go. I look forward to more sessions with him. I would highly recommend doctor Umang to not only the youngsters but anyone and everyone suffering from mental health.

I had so much in my head that I did not know what to even think about at first. I was afraid, had sleeping issues, had focus problems, cried and what not. After 4 sessions I have been feeling much better. I am enjoying life more, talking to people more, taking interest in stuff. In general have a much better outlook about everything. I am now able to think beyond the things that were holding me back. Been starting with dating. Focusing more on career development. In general less afraid to enjoy life. Mr. Ummang has helped me out a lot. For any gay people who may be afraid to talk to someone this guy is very good. No judgement. Does not push you too much. Listens. And helps.

Ummang is an extremely friendly doctor, he understands my issue and helps me to the best of his ability and resources. He is very kind and cares about creating the enivironment that I require to open up.

Mr. Ummang is humble and patient. He made me comfortable and heard all I had to say. Cathartic and soothing experience with him. I felt much better after the session. I would recommend him not just to youngsters but also to elderly who feel the need to interact with someone who would listen to them and actively engage with them to resolve their mental conflicts and development issues.
