While on telephonic conversation doctor convinced me for ear wax Removal for charges of Rs-700/- for every session.

After I visited her clinic she raised the charges of Rs-700/- for consultation only and further charges of Rs-2000/- for wax removal.

Also she didn't explained the medication that was recommended on her prescription.

Doctor and whole staff were understanding, I was late due to rain, the doctor wanted to go back home but still she waited.

Moreover she listened to my problem calmly even though she was getting late.

Visited first time and I'm totally satisfied. I would like to personally recommend.

With due respect I would definitely like to share my experience with Dr. Swati Singhal that she is panacea for the issues with ears problem, With her superlative knowledge and experience she helped me to eliminate the pain that I was suffering . I really appreciate her for elucidating the my concern with such affection and splendid way.

I found Dr. Swati Singhal a bit rude. She suggested an endoscopy ***** * **** *** ************ and the procedure seemed expensive for what was visible by torch examination.

Dr. Swati Singhal was extremely helpful and went out of her way to wait for me when I was running late. She did an exceptional job resolving my problem, and I highly recommend her.
