He is most down to earth Doctor I have ever met, he is always smiling and has a lot of patience to listen to the patients' problems in details.

He always explains the disease and the procedure before hand in details and always motivates the patients and the attendants as well with his healing and kind words.

I have an experience of 3 cataract surgeries of my family members, and all of them are highly satisfied with the treatment, and they all recommend Dr. Suwarn Chetan.

Moreover, he is also supported by the friendly and capable staff, who always go out of the way to help the patients (specially Senior Citizens) and satisfy them with the treatment and care.

The hospital is having good infrastructure managed by an efficient and trained admin personnel.

This is the first hospital (EyeQ) which felt like a happy place. Timely information, no stress towards patient and felt as if whole process was automated, patient appointment to tests to medication to surgery. I have visited five times in last two months and the experience did not change even once. Let it be efficient handling of insurance by Tamanna, two great receptionist who keep pinging you for next Course of action and not to forget Dr Suwarn Chetan who treats you like family. Dr has a very distinct style which will please diverse patient requirement with making you comfortable and then deliver clear communication for you to act. Have never seen a hospital focused on patient needs with clarity, it is a single functioning unit revolving around patient as prime focus.

The doctor was not available at the clinic during my visit.

Dr. Suwarn Chetan is an excellent doctor; we believe, second to none in his field. Please allow me to qualify this statement. My Father (Air Cmde. J.M. Sil - Retd.), 87, years of age was in need of a Cataract operation.

All of us, (especially my Mother), were extremely concerned & since none of us are doctor's the word operation itself, scared us. Dr. Chetan, put our fears to rest in the pre-operation, phase The operation itsellf, in March, 2018, went of very well and was a success. The post-operative care, was excellent.

Today, my Father, relative to his age, has excellent vision & does not need Glasses (except when reading). We would like to express our gratitude & say a heartfelt Thank You, to Dr. Suwarn Chetan and also to all the staff at Eye Q, clinic, who took very good care of my Father.

I went for a regular eye checkup. My power increased. Everyone was friendly. We had a baby with us. So, Dr Suwarn was kind enough to see us early. Dr Suwarn explained the eye condition well. He also recommended to get retina scan. I am satisfied with the power provided to my eye.

I have undergone Femto Laser Surgery for my both eyes in the last two months in Eye Q vision pvt Ltd at Gurgaon. Surgery was done by Dr. Suwarn Chetan. He is an excellent surgeon.
