Unlike most doctors she is not intimidating but very helpful and patient. She is also very skilled at her work.

I booked an Appointment with Ma’am based on the high praises of her on Practo and I was not disappointed. I had even prepared a 10 question list to ask her and she answered each with all the patience and time. Also, impressive was the fact that even though the technician had taken my normal and dilated eye reading she was not satisfied and asked him to do it again and further went on to cross check herself, which is very rare. She patiently went through all my previous records as I am not from Delhi and based her observations keeping in mind my previous record. When I asked her for surgery to correct my vision she explained me it’s pros and cons very professionally and asked me to wait for 6- months to an year to see if my eye power has stability before it can be operated. She advised me not to have any test done unnecessarily because they would be of no help 6 months later. She said I required no medications right now and asked me to wait before proceeding hastily. She also explained me my condition and how to take care of it. I would highly recommend Ma’am for all kinds of consultations with regards to eye. She is a professional through and through.

I would highly recommend Dr Sunita to everyone especially for them who have lost hope that the treatment isn't curable. I had visited Asia's best eye hospital LV Prasad,Shankar Netralaya,AIIMS,Dr Shroff charitable hospital and many Ayurvedic clinic but none worked.We lost hope as there was no sign of improvement.

Then i came to know about Dr.Sunita.From then and now my mother is comparatively feeling way better & now she is more active.

Best part of this doctor is that she gives time and a source of motivation too.In big shots hospital doctor demotivate the patient rather than confronting them and motiviating them.

Be it the doctor,staff,clinic i highly recommend to people who have lost hope.I am not a God that i can give you assurance,but definitely yes I possess confidence in Dr.Sunita that whatever treatment she will give,it will be the best from the rest .

Most important Dr Sunita doesn't run a business,she runs a clinic where she along with her staff desperately work hard so the moment patient stepped in and out his half of the disease gets cured .

I came to know about doctor from Google search, Read reviews, almost all people were satisfied with the treatment.

So I went to meet doctor for my one year old child, apart from the expertise of doctor I was more amused and pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of Dr. Sunita.

She made all possible efforts to made my baby comfortable and Thoroughly checked him and made it fun for my child.

I really appreciate the kindness, expertise and friendliness of Dr. Sunita. I will now recommend everyone to have a consultation with her for any eye related issues.

Dr. Sunita Lulla Gur is an excellent professional and a wonderful person. The reception was quick and efficient, and the preliminary check-up was handled promptly. The clinic was clean, and the whole visit took about an hour.

Dr. Sunita Lulla Gur listened with ***** patience, understood my situation well, gave proper advice, and treated me very well.

Doctor is okay, but problem is with specialisation. They have mention eyelid surgery in their services but when we reached to their centre they did some initial eye checkup and refer us to some other doctor stating that they are not doing eyelid surgery there.

Now the problem is we have charged a fee of Rs.500 in their clinic and this fee is just for visiting there for a treatment which they have written in their services but not offering. This is misleading.

If we go with their referral and again visit to another doctor then we have to pay some consultation fee there also.

We have visited Dr.Sunita Lulla Gur because of eyelid surgery mention in their services list and we have traveled more than 35km to visit there and what we hear is that they are not doing such type of eyelid surgery and we have charged for that.

Suggestion - Either please correct the services list or mention till what level you can do a particular treatment or not charge when a person visited to your clinic for the services you have mentioned in your provided list but not offering.
