I just want to say that I'm not happy with the doctor's consultation over video call he's not even listening carefully in just 1 minute , he told us to go for the ECG test we have done this in the next 2 days, now he's not looking for the reports no clear treatment and suggestions***** ******* *** *** **** ************ **** ********* ******** ****** ****** **** **** **********

****** ** ****** *** ****** *** *** ** ****** ** ***** ********* we had booked appointment for 17.2.22 and we're confirmed the same 3 times (including once from clinic) and once we reached doctor told us that he is out and asked whether appointment is prepaid or cash on telling it was prepaid he said can not come and can take it on Video consultation from clinic and once we said we have MRI scans to show and video consultation might not be possible, he denied coming to clinic. this is despite we were confirmed appointment 20 mins before schedule. really bad experience won't recommend to anyone to visit the doctor.
