Dr. Sunil Chauhan

This is 2nd time that is 25 th June 2020 i visited the doctor clinic , My 1st visit was on 20 june 2020 and that was also myy first experience with the doctor about my treatment where I was having a severe throat infection ,body ache and headache and temperature 99 .I have taken 5 days medicines and now iam feeling beter than before .Iwanna say doctor which prescribed medicines is as equally important for us as doctor behaviour towards patients. He listened to the patient very carefully and observe many things and recommend very less medicines and if necessary only then only he tell u to do the corresponding tests releated to your diseases .he tell that things also which motivates patients also. Si that patient can be free from tension .Doctor is very knowledgeable .looking at the patient he picks up to the point and due to his friendly nature patients visited him .hisvwords are more than enough which cures patients psychology also and patients on there smiling face comes out of the Doctor;s Cabin.Bcos I have visited clinic 2 times and what things I observed there was telling to all people that this the best MD Internal Medicine (Physician)doctor in Sarita Vihar ,South Delhi which I had ever seen till now .my advise to other patients is if you are feeling unwell please go and meet doctor atleast once ,u yourself will see the things band see doctor behaviour and all staff behaviour there and after observing and meeting doctor you will definately will be going to his clinic next time also .👍👍

Pathetic reception girl (Neelam), completely disorganized. Because of her capability to manage the patients, people are suffering & keep on standing in queues, as she herself is not aware about the patient turns to be sent to the docter.

In these severe times of COVID, her capability of managing the teleconference patient for the docter is miserable. My father is suffering from COVID, to get an appointment for my father, i have to make several calls to get it done & most of them are as a reminder to Neelam that you need to plan a call for my dad. Is this my responsibility. She cant even have a pen/paper to manage her stuff.

Then the billing, that is altogether a task for her - she will take ages to do it & patients with COVID symptoms will be standing besides all other patients to get their billing through. God help all.

Reception Staff Neelam - 0 ( She should understand, someone may loose their near & dear one with COIVD because of her unprofessional behavior).

I visited Dr. Sunil Chauhan because I was having loose stools and abdominal cramps. The clinic was hygienic and the staff was courteous. Dr. Sunil did a checkup and also asked me a few questions about my medical history. I am very happy with doctor's friendliness. I was given medication for two days and was called after two days. Then, he changed my medication and I am feeling much better now. One of the best things about Dr. Sunil is that I did not have to pay any fee the second time I visited him, while most of the doctors I have seen in Delhi charge fee even if you visit them the next day. I was really happy with this gesture. If in future, I have any problem, I would surely go to Dr. Sunil. All in all, my experience was great! Would recommend Dr. Sunil to everyone.
