I was in a troubled state a month back and for the first time I felt like I needed professional help, but did not know where to find one. I'm very very glad that I chose The Mind Garden and got Ms. Sonakshi Gandhi as my therapist.She made me feel comfortable and was very understanding of me and my issues throughout the sessions. I'm a person who is very choosy when it comes to trusting people, but Sonakshi Ma'am gave me all the reassurances. It was a very professional and effective journey. In 2016, I was diagnosed with Hypochondria aka health anxiety. I was constantly scared with the idea of having an undiagnosed disease. For the next 2-3 years, I had multiple panic attacks and went through almost all major tests including, MRIs, CT Scan, TMT & echo and blood tests for autoimmune diseases. All negative though.Last year, I decided to take help and started consulting Ms. Sonakshi. She is a great listener and she also patiently explains every single thing in great detail. She is extremely understanding and shows genuine empathy. I am really grateful to her for helping me to overcome my social anxiety and to improve my self esteem. On health anxiety front, she guided me to slowly change my mental perspective positively to the extent that I'm able to stay at ease in the middle of this global health crisis.

I have been meeting Sonakshi for the past three years. I began seeing her to cope with my mother's loss however I had many childhood related issues that needed attention and dealing with. Sonakshi has been patient, understanding and an honest counsellor. Three years down the line, I have been able to face and deal with a lot of my fears because of the counselling. She has helped me in changing my perspective to a positive and wholesome one. I know I wouldn't have reached this far if it wasn't for her! Thank you Sonakshi.

I really appreciate that the therapeutic plan is well-informed and based on multiple factors after getting to know the patient well-enough, yet it is also not too slow or too long a process, which may happen in some cases whereby therapists take too long to reach anywhere concrete with the patient.

Dr. Sonakshi is one of the most patient listeners. She spends adequate time understanding the core issue and does not jump to a diagnosis without being absolutely sure. Her approach is extremely methodical and structured. The CBT sessions helped me immensely in coping with my anxiety.

Dr. Sonakshi is a very experienced psychologist and knows her subject very well. She is a vey good listener and knows where to hit the problem.
