It was my second visit on 03.06.2017. I went there after making an appointment through Practo. My appointment was for 10 AM and I reached there at the correct time. 4-5 patients were already waiting for their turn. When I told the receptionist that I have an appointment at 10 AM then I was given a funny reply. She said that if there are many patients then we use your prior appointment but as you are seeing that there are only 4-5 patients then you wait until they all meet the doctor. I asked then what is the benefit of making appointment then she said that it is only to know whether doctor would be available or not.

Dr. Suchi Aggarwal is very good. She listens the problem of the patient very carefully and give medicines accordingly. Though it was my second visit yet I felt changes on my face. I have acne problem and the Dr. diagnosed the problem and now I am feeling much better. I will continue my visit until my problem gets fully resolved.

Doctor's way of talking , describing disease was good. But Medicines are over-priced and the pharmacist not allowed any discount and gave silly excuses. He said you will not get these medicines no where in entire Delhi.

He said you will not get these medicines no where in entire Delhi. I said him that on all medical stores there is always a discount of atleast 10%. He said that those medicines are not genuine. I came back home and check those medicines online , all are available with 10-15% discount.

Then we came through Dr. Suchi and went all the way from Saket to try this one too! Firstly even after taking appointment we were made to wait for good 2 - 2½ hours, but Dr. Suchi is really sweet and listened to us with utmost patience ( this made all the tiredness and frustration go away) ! Thank you doctor. This was our first visit and mom has been prescribed a few medicines before any peeling treatment. Looking forward for next visit we're asked to made after 10 days! Hope we'll not have to wait but it's all worth of the talented and most patient doctor.
