Dr. Lakhotia is excellent. From the time you walk in it is unpressured. He examines you meticulously and explains thoroughly. The surety with which he handles and understands you is confidence inspiring. I have never had a visit where I have been so comfortable and trusting of anyone with my eyes and will keep to the visit schedule he has advised.

I visited clinic and very nicely treated my problem by Dr. Its marvelous. His suggestions are helping.

He was rude to us when we asked additional questions during consulting. He snapped and wanted to not talk due to corona.

He might as well not meet patients if he isn't willing to address patients concerns.

As my mother is an elderly lady, she didn't expect a doctor to snap at her. Doctor really needs to know how to be patient and empathize with someone who has come with a problem.
