My experience with dr saurabh was excellent i went for my nephew surgery dr saurabh explained us in a way that we can easily understand and we undergone surgery with him , surgery was a success and he took care of us throughout and after surgery also he was totally in touch with us explain us all physio exercises and talk to our physio personally i personally give him 5 star for my experience and surely recommend him

I chose Dr. Kapoor because of excellent ratings and reviews. Perhaps I got him on a bad day, *** * *** * ********* *********** First, he was three hours late for his appointment with me at Apollo and I could not sit and had to lay in the hospital bed in the waiting room. Then he agreed I needed a steroid injection in my back. I was told that it cost ₹70,000 at the hospital or 25,000 at his clinic. Of course I chose his clinic.. He told me to be there at 6 o'clock or even a little earlier. I arrived before 6 o'clock in ******* pain. I could not sit, stand, get on my hands and knees, lay flat on my stomach, or my back, I was in excruciating pain. Again, the doctor was two hours late. He proceeded to give me some injections to numb my back. I don't know what happened if he did not wait long enough for the numbing agent, but the injections were the most painful thing I've ever experienced. I've had these injections several times before in different countries, but I've never been through this. Normally, there is a prick for the first injection to numb my back and after that, there's nothing but they generally wait a few minutes in between. * *** ****** *** ********* *** ** *** ***** * *** **** ******* **** **** ***** * ***** **** **** ******** *** **** ** *** ******* Three weeks later and still no relief from the pain. I contacted the doctor and I was told I am not a candidate for surgery. The only thing I could was lose weight and then have surgery. No pain, relief, medicine, no prescription, no solution,* *** ***** **** ******* * *** ****** *** ******* *** * **** **** **** **** ******* * **** ** ********** ** ************* ** ********* Even when leaving, I had to ask him to write down what he did. I have no documentation of what medicines were used and injected in my back or where* *** **** ***** ** ***** ****** *** ** * *** ** ***** And I paid a *** ** money to fly to Delhi to see this doctor to get this treatment and to fly back and for nothing except trauma.
