Ms. Sakshi Tyagi

I started therapy with very little hope. It had always been very hard for me to connect with therapists and hence I began to question therapy as an option until I met with Dr. Sakshi. I had always been very conscious when talking to therapists but she made me feel comfortable to the point where I finally could share with her the things I was horrified to even think about. The best part was that she instead of holding my finger and getting me across the bridge, she rather held a lantern and guided me through the darkest of phases and helped me become capable of dealing with all of it on my own and become independent. That definitely boosted my self-esteem and made me believe that I am stronger than anything life throws at me. She regularly checked on my progress and is still available if I ever require help. Her ability to connect, be flexible and shape the conversation and environment of session according to the needs of the client as an individual is the most remarkable quality of hers. I have personally recommended her to anybody who asks me for reference and would definitely do so always.

my experience with dr.sakshi was great , whenever i talked to her i always felt a relief in my chest and she helped me come out of my depression and now i’m happy and not depressed . One of the things i liked about her was she is very friendly and made a comfortable environment for me to share my thoughts and feelings and always gave me great advise on how to deal with any difficult situations that i was facing , i loved talking to her and whenever i needed someone i knew that i can go to her whenever i wanted and she’d help me . she is a great therapist , i will always have a respectful point of view of her.
