I also use Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and tenants from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), as needed.My qualifications: I have an MSc (Master of Science) in Clinical and Health Psychology from Utrecht University, a Master of Arts (MA) for undergraduate education in Psychology from St Andrews University, and a joint PhD in Psychology from Ghent University and KU Leuven. I have also taken part in conferences and obtained additional training courses such as those from the Beck institute for CBT, suicide prevention, and ACT. I have also worked as a therapist (3 years experience) at an inpatient clinic called U-Center in the Netherlands and at the prisons in Punjab in India.
