I have been consulting Ruhi Jain as my therapist since the past 1 year *** * ** ** **** **** * ***** * ***** ********* *** ******* She is really compassionate and patient. I had been going through a really rough phase and couldn't figure things out for 3 to 4 months. After struggling on my own for so long, I finally found her and reached out for a counseling session. She was exceptionally helpful. She didn't just listen but she provided actionable changes and a fresh perspective that I really needed to get done with. She knows what she is doing and you can trust her.

She is very patient and helped me understand my symptoms first to get a better idea of the root cause and then helped me cope with them.

Dr Ruhi is very good in understanding the issue. She advised some easy exercises which proved very helpful to manage the issue.

She creates a very safe space to share anything without any judgement. Also tried to understand my limitations and gave activities for me to help deal and cope with real life outside the session.
