Had the most amazing experience with Dr. Rashi Ahuja. At the start I was very hesitant in taking therapy, but the feeling lasted only till I entered Happitude Studio. Being someone who experienced deep childhood issues, I also began seeing my relationship hit rock bottom. I had started hating everybody- my parents, my in-laws, my partner, siblings and even started loosing my patience easily with my children, that is when I decided to seek therapy. A friend of mine of had shared a wonderful experience she had with Dr. Rashi, so I decided to go with her. Her studio (as she calls it-rather than a clinic- which in itself is a great thing giving the stigma that is around going for therapy), gave a very warm and calm vibe. she made me feel extremely welcomed. her kind and loving approach made the entire journey easy. the different exercises we did made me learn so much about me and life!!! Today after about 3-4 months of therapy I can easily say that this was the best decision I took for myself. today I feel more confident, strong, worthy and can easily see a change in all my relationships. my marriage has never better, and I have never felt so connect to my parents.
