Very disappointing experience with the cardiologist at Max Smart Hospital, Saket. My 80-year-old father, a retired scientist, was trying to explain his condition in detail, but the doctor appeared impatient, interrupted frequently, and did not show the empathy or respect expected while dealing with a senior citizen patient. We felt unheard and uncomfortable throughout the consultation. Doctors should not only treat patients medically but also listen with patience and compassion.
Not recommended. Doctor's first role is to comfort the patient, if that isn't there, rest doesn't matter even if it exists.
