Dr Rajat Gupta performed Lipo 360 and did my thigh saddlebags at the same time. Like most foreigners I was downright scared to have this done outside my home country. And like most foreigners I read every review on every prominent cosmetic surgeon in Delhi that I could find. I booked consultations with multiple doctors and also took the opportunity to talk to the patients of these the doctors in the waiting areas. I choose Dr Rajat Gupta because he has excellent online presence/ reviews, and because I was able to speak to three of his patients. All three spoke very highly of him. The other deciding factor is that Dr Gupta is a leading expert on the process called ‘Skin Tight’ which helps skin bounce back after liposuction. He also has a kind and professional manner, this was maintained throughout the entire process, very reassuring.

His assistant Reena was very patient with me changing my bookings and answered all my enquiries the day they were sent, she is a wonderful liaison person.

Instructions were straightforward, the hospital felt like a good hotel. I had the chance to speak with the anaesthetic team prior to surgery. I am fairly certain I had better care in this hospital than I would have received in my own country.

24 days later I am still tender and bumpy under the skin, I believe this is normal. The shape that Dr Gupta literally sculpted exceeds my wildest dreams, I never hoped or thought I could look this way. Even when I’ve been thinner in my life I didn’t have this shape. I didnt come to this clinic by chance. I made an effort to come here. It was difficult to travel during pandemic but at the end it was worth it.

Not everyone is agree with plastic surgery, but in my opinion Gynaecomastia is one of the most valid cosmetic surgery if any men would want to get, in fact we should classified it as Reconstructive Surgery because it is actually correcting abnormality in men.

Off course cost is important, but it is not the most important aspect when considering plastic surgeon. Many plastic surgeon are board certified, say there are 20-30 years experience but i belive that talent, passion and techniques play far more important role when choosing plastic surgeon.

I have compared many plastic surgeon across India , and let me tell you why i choose Dr Rajat Gupta.

1. he his passion in his work. Just look at his work on his instagram and youtube. Surgeon like this will always makesure do his best in every procedure he did. He also trust his co-plastic surgeons. They work as a team to make the best possible result. ( Im sorry i didnt get the name of 2 female plastic surgeon that saw me in the OPD 🙏🙏 send my regards to them). Dr Rajat is someone who talk less but straight to the point. Result speak more than that.

2. He keeps educating people about what to expect from the procedure in his youtube channel. He also explain what special method he uses in this procedure. As for his gyanecomastia surgery, i love that he did not make an incision at the front of my chest or around my areola. I am light browned skin and this will certainly will leave scars. Instead, he made a very tiny incison at the lateral side of chest where it is hidden. No one can see the scars and the scars got faded by time. Most surgeon if u compared , they will make incision at the front of chest and this concern me.

3. He is a sculptor god. I didnt expect he will sculpt my pectoral chest with a masculine look. I like that my pectoral region has shaped and not totally flat, its look like i have a fit chest and i am sure it will be even better when i start working out

4. They are transparent about the cost. Just look up at their website, the cost range is there. And its exactly what i have to pay. And they will make sure any deposit u make will be counted in the final bills even if u have problem with ur initial date of procedure.

5. Their coordinator, Mam Reena is very kind and very patient in answering and arranging all my appointment. At the hospital, she guided me with all the pre-op investigations, follow up appointment and any issues i have. I didnt feel lost being at foreign country.

6. Surgery is done at Hospital with multidisciplinary speciality. I repeat, surgery is done at HOSPITAL. Not bedside, not in treatment room, not in clinic or OPD. The hospital have all the safety precaution in their Operating Theater with medical first responder and anesthesiologist in house in case anything emergency.

So to everyone, choose your surgeon wisely. Dont be afraid to ask their qualification, experience and their result.

If u found the best doctor for your case, even if u need to travel, my advice is just travel. Do it right in the first place. It will save your time, money and energy. I will definately come back if i decided more procedure.

I'm a 17 year old boy who used to suffer from Gynecomastia...I found out that i had gynecomastia when i was 13 or 14.

At that age, i realised that my chest had a different and abnormal shape and were really fat and soft even though I'm physically fit and not at all overweight, so i knew there was something wrong with me and this wasn't regular fat cause even after working out and doing exercises like push ups and weight-lifts, my chest was not altered...it was still a soft dome shaped structure then i looked up on google and saw the reason the reason for my puffy nipples and enlarged chest ... GYNECOMASTIA...which i had because of a hormonal imbalance during puberty and which could not be treated with exercise or oral pills and needed cosmetic surgery...this scared me as i had never even gotten stitches at a hospital , let alone surgery.

So I spent 3-4 years keeping it to myself, and not telling anybody, gynecomastia really deprives you of the fun in life, i was too scared and shy to go to beaches or take off my shirt and didn't even join any swimming classes because i knew i would be made fun of...so years passed and on my 17th birthday i told my parents, they were very cooperative and understanding as parents always are ...so i told them all about it and how it keeps me depressed and needed surgery...so my family and i looked for a good surgeon near us, and i found DR. RAJAT GUPTA through practo and it showed him having immense experience in this field and that he had already performed a lot of Gynecomastia surgeries, so my mom booked an appointment with him and he physically examined me , confirming that is was gynecomastia and explained me the process of the sugery.

I was confident in my decision and told my parents that he was going to be my surgeon as i wanted to get it done from the best...cause this was my body we were talking about and my family and I didn't want to spare any expense or get it done from a less experienced doctor which could result in a botched up surgery and even worsening the condition.

So on the day of the surgery, i arrived at the centre and was given a room with all the facilities and the nurses were experienced and polite, the surgery was a LIPOSUCTION under general anaesthesia and the best part is that only 1 little incision was made on each side of my chest which will heal up in a month with minimal swelling... Post-op , i was bandaged and placed in my room for the day.

Today it's been a week since the surgery and I am more than happy with the results...The Gynecomastia was completely taken out of my body , giving my chest a great shape and i have been wearing a compression garment which will help reduce the swelling and the loose skin. I have already started wearing thin t shirts and my friends don't notice anything wrong with my chest now, i feel a lot more confident and happy, cause Gynecomastia wasn't just some extra gland under my chest..but one of the most psychologically painful experience no boy or man should ever experience.

Over the past year, I suddenly started gaining a lot of weight in my abdomen, chest, back, thighs and arms. It recently became worrisome as everyone, including myself, started taking it seriously.
