I went for my first USG TVS, ** ** ****** **** *** *********** I am having spinal TB + Arthritis issues, they did not bother being careful or patient with me ...I still have L4 L5 infection heavily affecting my walking and sitting posture. It takes me a little time always to lie down or get up, ** ***** ****** ** ** *********** *** ***** *********** I literally had to tell him kindly be patient because of my condition I cannot move so easily or swiftly.

Next, they are charging 2800/- for the same test **** *** *** *** ******* *** ******* ***** **** * ***** **** *** ********** .

For my consultation: Dr Rachna basically wasn't even ready to listen , only prescribed me with general PMS meds **** **** ***** **** ******* **** ****** **** *** ******** * ********** ************ *** ** ******* ********* * She didn't even ask me about my medications that I'm already on. When I told her she seemed to completely dismiss my personal concerns and asked me to come back again in a few weeks.

On top of this Dr Rachna was extremely rude to me over call afterwards when I connected with her just to verify my medicine. * ****** *** ******* *** *********** *** *** ******* * *** ******* ****** ** *********** ** *** **** **** ** * **** ********** ***** ***** **** * **** ****** * ****** ** ********* *** ****************

Pls don't treat people who come to you for medical support and help, as if you are doing them a favour.
