Dr Rachna mam is very good with lots of expertise in dermatology. She will make you understand the entire procedure which she is going to perform in the simplest manner. I am taking Microneedling sessions for male patterned Baldness and I started noticing results after my second sitting itself. And now I am gaining my confidence back because of mam.

Had repetitive scrotum itch from approx last 1 year & past history for fungal. But this time when i reached dr. There was only itch problem. Don't know why she diagnose tinea crusis. And addition to that approximately 3200 rupees for treatment of 20 days. *** ***** ****** ******** For a student it's too much spending such amount *** *** ******* ******* Seriously won't recommend after my experience.👎

My wife had contracted Rosecea bacteria and we took an appointment with this doctor at Venkateshwar hospital in Dwarka. Despite a scheduled appointment, we were made to wait over an hour by constantly asking to wait for 10 more mins several times. *** ****** ****** **** ** **** ********* *** ******* ********* *** advised fa ew medicines and asked to see her again in 4 days. Though there was a mild improvement in my wife’s condition, we were made to again wait for an hour despite an appointment as the doctor hadn’t turned up at the hospital. This time, the doctor again didn’t seem very convincing and suggested a few tests, one of which my wife had taken just 2 weeks back. But the doctor wanted her to be tested again. The tests were to be conducted at the hospital and we were asked to meet her again in a couple of days.

We discontinued the treatment advised by Doctor Rachna and decided to go for a second opinion.

My mother visited the clinic with me for her pigmentation problem. Doctor suggested chemical peel and microderma. We got the procedure done *** *** ************ ********** We visited her again and she changed medicines. We had to go visit her again ** *** ************ *** ****** *** she ******** said that the treatment wasn't a permanent one and the pigmentation will come back! She made us spent 1000s of rupees just to tell us an year later that this will not treat the problem and asked us to go for laser again. **** ******* ***** **

I Met Dr Rachna on 19th June 2020 for treatment of my skin problem. I was suffering from this problem since more than one year. Being ECHS beneficiary all the time treatment was given by army hospital. Though result was satisfactory but not proved permanent. I paid one visit only to Dr. Rachna and was given treatment for 3 week. The result was amazing. I didn’t require to visit again even for thank you purpose. Her friendly nature help patients to open completely and describe the problem.

Only minus point was that although the basic medicines were of reasonable price range but other cream, lotion, soap were quite high valued.

After getting positive result, on my advice my daughter visited her for sunburn problem, but she was disappointed because she was charges Rs1000/ as fees by the hospital whereas on Venkateshwar website it is showing Rs700. Secondly her medicines recommended was also costing very high. ** ** **** **** ******* *** *******

Visited for my 2years kid for skin infection all over the body. Doctor is very polite and listens to the problem to narrow down the cause. My son got completely healed just in 2 visits.

I have been suffering from pigmented skin due to persistent acne on my forehead since past 3 years. She did my diagnosis really well and her prescription helped me lighten my forehead marks considerably in 10 days.

She listens to the patients quite patiently. Treats the problem really well. She also takes care of saving patients from unnecessary spendings.

She was very gentle and smooth with the whole process. Careful not to hurt me in any way. All-in-all it was a really good first LHR treatment.
