I Met Dr Rachna on 19th June 2020 for treatment of my skin problem. I was suffering from this problem since more than one year. Being ECHS beneficiary all the time treatment was given by army hospital. Though result was satisfactory but not proved permanent. I paid one visit only to Dr. Rachna and was given treatment for 3 week. The result was amazing. I didn’t require to visit again even for thank you purpose. Her friendly nature help patients to open completely and describe the problem.
Only minus point was that although the basic medicines were of reasonable price range but other cream, lotion, soap were quite high valued.
After getting positive result, on my advice my daughter visited her for sunburn problem, but she was disappointed because she was charges Rs1000/ as fees by the hospital whereas on Venkateshwar website it is showing Rs700. Secondly her medicines recommended was also costing very high. ** ** **** **** ******* *** *******

I visited Dr. Rachana's clinic for consultation regarding a very tiny skin coloured growth on my cheek. She examined it with the lens and told there are no medications for the same. She said that a laser treatment for it's removal can be done at her clinic. The procedure will take 15 mins. I asked will there be any scar left behind and she explained there will be redness which will take time to match my skin colour. I asked the time duration for healing and she told 3-4 weeks. She prescribed few ointment for wound healing and ointment to keep the scar moist. Suggestion was given to not wash my face for a week and clean the area with Betadin. It has been more than a month now and the scar is depressed. It seems to be like a hole. The area is not getting filled in with the skin plus the redness is also there. Highly disappointed. Doctor didn't inform about the scar with the hole. I feel this is the responsibility of the doctor to explain in detail that what will the scar look like. Before the treatment the tiny growth was hardly noticeable but now the scar with hole is so much visible.
