Over all it was good.. but there was a long queue for registration counter and for billing as well… specially in COVID time… same goes to X-ray department.. we had a appointment at 12:30 and it took 1 hour extra to see our doctor… billing counter staff is not professional at all…

Doctor advised me for some blood tests, x-ray &MRI of my right knee. I got all of that done immediately at PSRI itself. Since I am an outstation patient and was having severe pain and could barely walk, hence I wanted to meet him the very next day with the reports. However, though the MRI plates were ready but the report would take some more time. When I informed him of the matter, he insisted that without the written MRI report, he would not see me.
