Dr. Prerna Gupta

My wife was suffering from PCOD and we have done everything which was suggested by my previous doctors. Most of the doctors were asking us to go for the IVF Treatment but I was not ready to go with the same process.

One day I was doing research on the Internet and then I found Prerna Ma'am. I visited over there and explained everything along with the past medical treatment which was done.

Frankly speaking, I visited for the IVF treatment but Prerna Ma'am denied to go for such treatment and she has suggested that your our's medical history is completely fine, so there is no need for any supportive treatment.

Ma'am advised only two medicines, one was Folic Acid and another medicine was related to diabetic.

One day miracle was happened and today we have lovely daughter and she is now 2 years 9 months old.

For me and my family, Prerna Ma'am is just like god. Ma'am is always helpful and best part is she suggest test and medicine when there is only need. I am saying this because prior to Prerna Ma'am treatment, I have done visited to so many doctors/HOD's but all of them prescribed ample amount of medicines and then start suggesting to go for IVF Treatment.

Even my brother's wife was having the same problem and they were doing treatment with one of the renowned doctor of Lucknow(Formely Served as HOD KGMU Gayne.) and doctor suggested to go for IVF treatment after three visits. Then they approached to Prerna Ma'am and Ma'am has suggested only one medicine. Today,their kid is also 2 year old.

This all happened with the help if Prerna Ma'am.

The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist and the management team of the clinic. They lied that after my reports generate I can talk to my doctor on phone. I got my reports got the Medicine and need to talk to my doctor atleast once. Health and wellness is the utmost priority and they should not make pseudo promises in such scenarios. Doctor was very helpful but this last minute experience was not good. This review is about the clinic team not the doctor she is really nice and professional. intact I am still waiting if they can let me to talk to her atleast once.

Very caring doctor indeed. During my visits, she always listened to me very patiently, took time to fully explain me my health issues and never prescribed any unnecessary diagnostic tests. All of these qualities are rare nowadays because most of the doctors are time-constrained and simply prescribe diagnostic tests and medicines without bothering to fully hear you out or explain you your condition. I feel every patient deserves adequate time to discuss their problems with their doctor. At times I felt the waiting time a little high but that was always worth it because when it was my turn, I was also given sufficient time to discuss my issues with the doctor. Would highly recommend her.

Dr. Prerna is very friendly and caring. She is very meticulous in her approach. She listen to your problems very patiently and discuss them in detail. Me and my wife were truly happy with her ethnic approach. We found her very honest to her work. She ** **** ************* *** answers very patiently. I strongly recommend her.

I want to share my experience of mental trauma I have faced with this clinic. Those are-

1- You won't get any support (online/telephonic) from the doctor. Her receptionist (who considered herself half a doctor) will advise you things or ask you to visit the clinic. I was 4 month pregnant and infected with high grade (104+ degree) viral fever + UTI but there was no empathy/support from Dr prerna regarding my health, it's only her receptionist cum assistant who attends my queries and replies after hours of wait.Dr. Prerna will never answer your call and messages whenever required. Because of her ********* ****** ignorant behaviour/practices I had to consult another Gynecologist **** **** * ********* **** ** ******** *** ** **** * ******* ******** **** ************** *** ******** ********** Though I respect housekeeping staff but they are not meant to record your Vitals (like Blood pressure/weight etc) ***** ** * *** ** ******* ******* ********* ** ***** there is a girl who cleans the clinic, takes my vitals and trust me most of the time the BP monitoring machine won't work and then she calls the receptionist to take the reading from the manual BP machine. This is the way Dr. Prerna ***** ****** clinic operates.

3- Even for small things like feedback on reports which Dr. Prerna can communicate over phone easily for that too she will ask you to visit the clinic and make you pay for the 5 min she will give you after a wait of an hour or so. * ********* **** **** *** *** ******** ******** *** **** ******* **** *** **** ***** * **** ******** **** ********** **** **** ****** ** *********** ** **** *** **** ***** ***** **** ***** ****** ***** **** ******** ******* ** ****** * **** **** *** ********* *** ***** ***** ******** **** **** ***** ** ** **** **** * *** *********** ***** ***** when i tried to book tests from the other path labDoctors talk and give support to their patients over phone when in need, especially pregnancy cases but not in the case of Dr. Prerna. You will always find yourself in the middle of nowhere when you are in need of your Gynecologist Dr. Prerna Gupta.

Dr. Prerna broke my trust, hope and all the expectations that a pregnant woman has from **** * ****** Gynecologist. 

She is a very good doctor as well as very nice human being. Listens to your problems very patiently. And give adequate time for consultation.unlike other doctors she does not make you feel that you are visiting a docto** *** ********* *** practical thinking is amazing.

She is a good doctor. Explained my issues , very clearly and objectively to me. Started my IVF cycle with her. Till now it is a very smooth journey. What i liked best was the cost of the cycle, it is two third of any IVF center at Delhi, that also in a reputable place. No marketing, no gimmicks, great work.

*** ** *** ** *** **** ************ ** **** **** *** we have referred 4 gynecologist before Ma'am, we were trying for 1.5 years before we came to Ma'am and after coming to Ma'am it only took us 1.5 month to conceive. I am very grateful that I came to Prerna Ma'am on time.

I was very scared and hesitant to approach gynaecologists before but my experience here changed my mind. Dr. Prerna is one gem of a person. Polite, understanding and probably the best in line. I had a painless and smooth treatement and would highly recommend this place. I got my gynaecologist for life.

Dr. Prerna came across very caring and understanding regarding my problem. I really liked the way she explained the symptoms as well as the prescribed medication. I am always afraid of the side effects allopathy medication can have and she was caring enough to not prescribe anything unnecessary and strong in the beginning of my treatment.

Also I would like to add that the staff (receptionist) was extremely courteous and caring in her approach towards me.
