Dr Praveen Roy charges Rs1000- as a consultation fee *** *** ***** ** *** *** ******* ********* He keeps himself away (so far) from the patient in the name of COVID protocol. *** *** ***** *** ********* ********* **** *** *** ***** **** ********* ********* ** *** ** ******** *** *** ** ******* ***** He scolds his patient, and talks in a taunting manner.
