As someone who has struggled with acne and scarring for a long time, I was hopeful that the treatments that you suggested would help me achieve the clear, smooth skin that I've been longing for. However, I am disappointed ** ****** **** *** ********** **** **** ************ ** ********* ** ********** despite almost a year of treatment and an investment of approximately Rs. 40,000.

During my initial consultation, you assured me that the suggested treatments - first the CO2 laser treatment and then the MNRF treatment - would be effective in treating my acne and scarring. ************** ***** *** ** *********** ** ** ****** ********** ***** *** ***** *** *********. Despite that, I trusted your recommendation and underwent the MNRF treatment as suggested, but unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement after that either.

As a patient, I had high hopes for the treatments and was left disappointed and frustrated by the lack of progress, especially considering the amount of money I've invested in the treatment. I expected more support and guidance from your team throughout the process, but I felt that I was not given adequate attention and care.

Whatever medication I was given did not work for me including the moisturiser. My skin swole 2-3 hours after application, even though the application was scarce and only around the cheeks in the affected areas. It has been two days since and I am still dealing with the swelling and excessive redness and dryness that followed it. I am very disappointed with it all. The consultation and the medicine prescribed, all costed me around 5k and none of it is suiting me. ** *** *** ******* Spent so much money and my skin which was calm prior to the visit has gotten so inflamed now. Extremely disappointed.
