Dr. Prakash Jha (Physiotherapist)

I came across Dr Prakash Jha’s clinic through Google and Practo. Initially I had gone to him for a cyst on my left wrist but the sessions went further beyond that. The cyst with recommendation of both him and a consulting orthopaedic went untouched as it was harmless. But the adjustments that were made to my back, Legs, neck and shoulders really helped me.

Due to an accident I had a decompressed back that had become painful when I had started working out again and needed help. Dr Prakash Jha’s treatment methods worked wonders. He was able to balance my spinal cord and reactivate my lower back muscles, Glutes, hamstrings, shoulder muscles and my calve muscles especially on the left side of my body.

Apart from just a Physio, ** ** * ************ ****** *** promotes a healthy lifestyle (a far fetch from the ppl who recommend just supplements and all these days) and gives fair and logical advice to his patients.

I highly recommend him.

Dr. Prakash Jha, is a specialist one would looks for when it comes to pain management and relief. I went to him with severe back, neck and hand pain that I had for over 2 weeks and even after trying many things, it was only increasing. I got major relief on day one itself. It’s his approach I believe, to get to rule out false alarms and reach out to the exact cause and place that is creating the issue, that does wonders in least possible time. Apart from his technical experience, his experience in certain yoga practices also does the magic. I would recommend him highly to everyone. And Thanks Dr. Prakash for this pain free life.

Hi i am Owais,i was suffering from shin splints and it was really painful to me untill i had my first session at Osteon Physiotherapy with Dr. Prakash Jha.It takes me 4 days to recover from serious pain and about 60% recovery.It was also good to have conversation with the doctor throughout that makes me feel more comfortable sessions although having such serious pain.One request there should be some discount per session for the students.

Do consult Dr. Prakash Jha if you are looking for: accurate identification of issue/condition and treatment, supprtive and calm healing environment and a doctor who is considerate about your schedule. I had a speedy recovery from my painful shoulder spasm. Thank you.

Initially he would listen to you and you will feel like ok finally someone is there who is willing to understand your problem .He will see all your reports and explain you what is there in your reports xray or mri.*** ** *** *** ** ** * ****** ******* **** ****** *** **** *** *** ** ** **** ********* ******* **** *********** *** **** **** *** *** ** **** ** *************** ** **** ** *** **************** have clearly stated not to do any exercise even basic ones when you have pain.

I had disc bulge and due to which some listing was there in the body .He made me do some extreme exercise including rotation and twisting of spine and trust me those exercise were extreme .I got admitted to hospital a day after doing those exercises as my condition worsened.I told the hospital doctors about what happened with me *** **** ******* ********* *** *** * *************** **** **** *** ** **** ***** ********* **** *** *** * **** ***** *** **** *** **** *** **** ****** **** *

Moreover,whatever you will explain him about your problem history,he will only write it on a plain paper ,no letter head or something and when yor ask him to handover that paper he will say there is nothing in it.It is all what you have explained.Trust me guys ,donot make the same mistake which i have made after visiting here at osteon physiotherapy.Not recommended for people in pain and spine issues.***** **** ****** ***** *** ****

This is to share my experience with Dr Jha.

His understanding of the anatomy is excellent. I have OA and on over exertion , my pain in the legs become quite unbearable and his manual therapy totally works for me. Totally grateful to him for relieving the pain.
