The doctor was good and the consultation worked well. However, the clinic experience was marred by a very long wait time of about three hours, which was frustrating given the cost of a private hospital. Despite this, I would recommend Dr. Poonam Maggo to others.
The patient had a generally positive experience with the doctor’s consultation as the doctor explained everything clearly. However, the patient did not get to meet Dr. Poonam Maggo directly and was seen by other staff instead, which was a disappointment. The clinic experience was mostly fine except for some delay during the ultrasound.
I do not recommend Dr. Poonam Maggo because she was not available during my visit.
I did not have a good experience with Dr. Aayushi Rathore.
