We got a call from the clinic after we booked an appointment and the doctor asked us to visit much later than the time requested and confirmed on Practo app as he had "other appointments". Nevertheless, we reached the clinic at the time mentioned by the doctor, and yet we had to wait for 15 more minutes. Going by what happened, why should anybody book an appointment through Practo and where did Practo's assurance of not letting patients wait, go?
*** ****** ******* *** *** **** ** **** ** ************* ** *** ***** *** he was quick to rule out the concern we're being treated for, and that too without running any tests or blood work - strange! On top of it he wasn't able to clear our doubts!Zero satisfaction in terms of the doctor consultation and not to mention Practo did not fulfill its confirmed appointment timing. Time and money went in vain. Very disappointing!
