Apart from being very experienced and good in her field, i was really impressed with the way she explained every little detail to me. i had 3-4 sittings with her for my RCT and filling treatment and i never had to wait for my turn. i had lots of questions re my tooth issue, how do they handle cleaning of their instruments, previous RCTs i had with other docs etc and she always took time to explain everything to me very patiently, explained the process of sterilization to me etc. no doubt, she is an excellent doc but at top of that, she is a great professional too who values patients' time and do not shy away from explaining/resolving any sort of question.
