I have seen Dr Paras recently for my problem in neck and shoulder region .I had extremely stiff neck and painful shoulder area.He diagnosed it to be cervical spondylitis and advised me few exercises that have helped me immensely to get relieved from pain. In a matter of two weeks, I have felt noticeable relief from the pain I was living with from the last 5 years . Dr Paras also advised me on the do' s and dont's (forexample - working on my posture , using pillow,hot.packs, etc) .He is very patient and listens to the patient nicely.He even answered my queries on the phone without any hesitation.
