Thereafter he pursued his Post Graduation i.e. Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Periodontology & Oral Implantology from prestigious Government Dental College, Calicut, Kerala. Recently he was awarded with Diplomate of World Congress for Oral Implantololgy (WCOI) Japan. To keep himself up to date he has been regularly attending National and International Dental conferences and various continuing Dental Education programs. Out of his academic interest he has in his name a plenty of National and International research publications in dental journals of repute. Besides practice he was around 15 years into academics as well and was Professor and Head of the Department of Periodontology & Oral Implantology at ITS Dental College & Hospital, Muradnagar, Ghaziabad, U.P., India. Presently he is into full time practice and looks after his both the clinics in Delhi as well in Noida.

I have been an old patient of Dr Nikhil, and this time I had visited him for DENTAL IMPLANTS to replace my dentures with fixed teeth. Chewing had become inefficient & rather difficult with removable dentures. He had suggested me for Implants a couple of years back also, but somehow I was passing time with my old dentures. Now the doctor has fixed permanent teeth on the dental implants, which were surgically placed 4 months back. Now I am able to chew everything nicely including fruits like apple and guava and enjoying the taste of the food like never before. Also the problem of removing and wearing dentures got solved. Aesthetic results are also very good. I am really satisfied and happy with the work at Sharma Dental & Implant Clinic.
