OPD, Surgery, Post Surgery visits all were taken care of very efficiently. Specially Dr. Nikhil Narain, he has been very empathetic, calm, soft spoken throughout the procedure. When I went for Air Force SSB, I was disqualified due to hemorrhoids. I was so depressed and thought that I would never be selected in Air Force. Dr. Narain was fine. He explained us the issue and advised us not to go for surgery due to my wife's condition at the time. However, I am not happy with Pristyn Care. They keep sending me a message every week since last 2 months proding me to go for piles surgery . And since these "spam messages" come through SMS there is no way to 'unsubscribe'.

It was really bad...let's start with the bed in which he examines the patients. It was full of hair and also blood stain. He did internal check up and the discomfort *** **** ********* ***** *****..kept insisting on surgery
